Southern Africa in top 20 for Matador readers

While the term ‘bucket list' is slowly edging its way to cliché, the reasoning behind it will never get old.
Popular travel site Matador Network recently asked their readers which trips they would consider to be "must-do " and South Africa, Zambia and Mozambique made it into the top 15!
The trip options were based on an Adventure Center's roster of over 200 ‘bucket list' trips.
While Mozambique came in at number 10, Zambia to South Africa swiped the number 15 position.
The article suggests a hitchhiking journey through Mozambique, while they encourage travellers to investigate the myriad of NGOs that guide way between Zambia and South Africa.
The top 5 slots were filled as follows:
1. Chile and Argentina
2. Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro
3. New Zealand, North Island
4. Japan
5. Northern Spain
Out of the top 20 trips, four are located in South America, four in Europe, three in South East Asia, two in New Zealand, two in India and only one in the Middle East.
