Kulula gets a makeover

2012-06-14 10:07

The gregarious green budget airline's online services will be taken up a notch from the 23rd of June, as their brand new partnership with Sabre Airline Solutions kicks into gear.

While navigating their site may be a bit different from before, Kulula guarantees that the change is definitely for the better, and that things will remain quick and easy for loyal customers.

Here are a few of the new features you can expect when booking your next flight:

• It will now be possibly to book a multicity trip around South Africa with one transaction.

• A sophisticated payment system - travelbank - will now be able credit real money into your account. Travelbank credits can also be used to book flights online for anyone at any time.

• They've introduced a shopping basket that will help you know exactly what you're paying for as well as stay within budget

• The new notification system will ensure we deliver up to date info as it happens via SMS and keep you informed of any changes and plans to get you on your way

• Traveller details must be the same as on the traveller identification, as no name changes can be made at a later stage

• Flights will only be confirmed, once payment has gone through, so the first to pay will be the first to fly.

• The bargain browser will also change: when you search, the results will show the lowest price first.

Should you wish to pay for extra bags when booking your flight online, that is also possible. An online payment will secure the best possible rate. You can call the Contact Centre closer to your flight departure to add extra bags for less than what you'll pay at the airport
