Check out our selection of five great travel videos from the week. VIEW

While last week's travel video round-up was largely destination focused, this week we bring you a peek or two at the future of air travel, a spectacular wildlife sighting and show you what happens when a group of desperate passengers have been stuck on a hot runway for too long.

In video number one, we introduce you to the world's very first flying car. Well, it's about time, isn't it? If all the 80s sci-fi movies were correct, we'd all be zipping around with jet packs and hover boards by now!

The second video is slightly more familiar, yet still exciting, as you can watch the brand new Airbus A380 taking off from Toulouse Airport in France. The big launch took place on Friday morning.

The third video is a bit of an ode to father's day, as a dad who has a fascination for planes gets a toy plane from his family... which, quite literally, sweeps him off his feet on the first launch.

Video number four shows just what an asset a sense of humour can be while travelling, as a bunch of desperate passengers who were stuck on a hot Las Vegas runway for hours burst into a rendition of R Kelly's famous "I believe I can fly."

Finally, watch the amazing footage of one of Africa's shyest cats, the Serval, take on one of its most venomous snakes - a puff adder.
