Roshni Ramharak wrote: My husband and I travelled to Buenos Aires in December 2003.

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires we found my bag had been tampered, the lock was cut and some of my stuff was stolen.  When we arrived back in South Africa we found our luggage had been tampered with again.

The locks on my husband’s bags were cut and things were stolen. We tried to report it and was told that there was nothing that they could do.

No one wants to take responsibility.
