'This is where the wheels come off'

2014-02-28 11:27
News24Travel reader, Andre Muller, contacted us to share his thoughts about the proposed new immigration laws that could have far-reaching consequences, especially for those in a long-term relationship with a foreign partner.

This is what he had to say:

This is where the wheels will start coming off for South Africa's Government and "its " people!

1. This will stop 90% of foreign visitors from visiting and spending money in South Africa!!

2. Then 99% of foreign investors will pack up and move out!! (At this point the "Rand" is crashing, oh wait it is already taking a nose dive as we speak and the Government will feel the pressure)

3. Making it nearly impossible for SA citizens living abroad, with spouses from another nationality to come and visit family in South Africa would be the last of it!!! (You will start to see white people stand up for their family and burn what is left over down sins it doesn't matter anymore)

Basically what you are saying is we are going to let all the uneducated people in Africa come in as they please, cause our borders are a joke!!! And then we will make it nearly impossible for all the educated people with billions in annual income for South Africa to enter the country!

And on top of that we will make it just as impossible for South African citizens living and working abroad to enter South Africa to visit family??!!!

At this point all the other African country's are laughing all the way to the bank sins all the tourists across the world are now spending their money in every African country but South Africa!!!!  Great thinking

South African Government, you have corruption in your immigration so now you just make it almost impossible to enter your country instead of pulling your finger and sort the problems within yourself out that is causing this mess in the first place!!!!!!!
