London - A third man arrested in police raids in west London is Wahbi Mohammed, 23, the brother of suspected terrorist bomber Ramzi Mohammed, a report said on Saturday.
The domestic Press Association quoted unnamed police sources as saying Wahbi Mohammed was arrested on Friday in Tavistock Crescent along with his brother and Muktar Said Ibrahim, who has been previously named as a suspected bomber.
Police would not release the third man's name when contacted by AFP, saying only that he was a person "of interest" in their investigation into the botched July 21 London bomb attacks.
A third alleged bomber, Somali national Osman Hussain, was arrested on Friday in Rome and a fourth, Somali-born Yassin Hassan Omar, was detained in a raid in the central English city of Birmingham on Wednesday.
The men are wanted in connection with the July 21 attempt to blow up three London Underground trains and a bus, a repeat of the deadly July 7 suicide bombing which killed 52 people as well as the four terrorists.
Police have not confirmed that they were looking for a fifth bomber in relation to the July 21 attack, after a fifth unexploded bomb was found abandoned in a west London park.
The second London attack against three Underground trains and a bus failed when the bombs did not properly explode.
