Los Angeles - A shooting at a luxury hotel in downtown Los Angeles has killed one person and wounded three others.

Police are looking for the killer.

Authorities say the shooting began with a fight around 02:30 on Sunday at The Standard on Flower Street.

Four people were taken to the hospital, where one died and the others are in stable condition.

TV reports showed the shattered glass doors to the lobby and bloody clothing just outside.

It wasn't immediately clear whether the victims were staying at the hotel. Details of the shooting remain sketchy.
