Brussels -  A majority of EU interior ministers have voted in favour of a proposal to redistribute 120 000 asylum seekers within their bloc, the Luxembourg presidency of the bloc wrote on Twitter.

The Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia voted against the proposal, but were outvoted by other member states, diplomats said on condition of anonymity.
