'Sharon is a traitor'

Jerusalem - Graffiti urging the death of stricken Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was found on Thursday in prison cells where three teenage Jewish settler girls are being held, a prisons spokesperson said.
The slogans daubed on the cell walls expressed the hope that Sharon would soon join Yitzhak Rabin, the prime minister assassinated by a Jewish ultra-nationalist in 1995, spokesperson Ian Domnitz said.
"Dalia Rabin is an orphan, may Omri Sharon soon join him," one of the slogans said in reference to the slain premier's daughter and Sharon's elder son who has kept a vigil by his bedside since his massive stroke last week.
"Sharon is a traitor," said another in reference to the onetime settler champion's eviction of all Jewish settlers from the Gaza Strip last year.
Furniture in the cells in the Neve Tirza prison had also been vandalised.
Domnitz said that the prisons authority generally called in the police to investigate such incidents. "It's incitement," he said.
The trio, all of them juveniles, were among a group of six detained in Hebron last week after eviction orders were issued against settler families living in the heart of the flashpoint Palestinian city in the West Bank.
