Paris - France identified two Western reporters killed in Syria on Wednesday as veteran American war correspondent Marie Colvin of Britain's Sunday Times and freelance French photojournalist Remi Ochlik.

Colvin was a renowned reporter who had covered several conflicts over 30 years and wore an eye patch after she was wounded in Sri Lanka. Ochlik was a 28-year-old photographer represented by the ip-3 agency in Paris.

What an amazing reporter Marie Colvin was. These brave people, not only let us know, what's actually happening on the ground in a war zone, but also inform the ones "in" the war zone. Without these fearless reporters and photographers, we would have to rely on silly propaganda TV stations, like RT, who obvious have unrestricted access in Syria. Marie Colvin is a true hero of the Syrian tragedy.

Wrong? right? black? White? good? evil? Fred loves to see things simply :)

Not in a simple black or white way, in an expanding or contracting way. These are the physics-meanings of good and bad: expanding or contracting.
