If you haven’t heard the latest news, JK Rowling herself said she regrets having Ron and Hermione end up together. While oppositesdo attract, we think Hermione may have been better off with these guys instead . . .

Draco Malfoy

What's a more romantic story than, "Remember that one time I punched you in the face?"

Draco sucked in most of the series, but it's not his fault he was born into a disgusting family. He started to change later and obviously got his life together. Draco and Hermione strangely could have been happy together.

Oliver Wood, keeper and captain of the Gryffindor quidditch team

He might be really straight-laced, but that's because he cares about his life and future. He has a good head on his shoulders and is really focused and caring. Oliver and Hermione would’ve been perfect together since they both have goals.

Neville Longbottom

Poor Neville never got a shot at anything because he was so shy and awkward. But he's nice, caring and loyal.

Cormac McLaggen, Gryffindor’s reserve keeper

Cormac is the smuggest of the smug. He does have a soft spot for Hermione though because, well, she's Hermione. He wasn't a jerk to her; he was just really into himself. We think Hermione would balance him out because she's not afraid to tell it like it is.

Harry Potter

Saving the best for last. Although Harry and Ginny ended up together we can’t help but agree with JK Rowling; Harry and Hermione belonged together. Hermione’s one of the only people who always had Harry's back no matter what. They had palpable chemistry, they’re both extremely ambitious and they're perfect for each other.
