Makes 12

You’ll need:

  • 1 kg fresh dough (available at Checkers)
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Sea salt

Do this:

Divide dough into 12 portions and pull them into long slipper shapes. Place onto the hot grill and brown on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil and a scattering of sea salt to serve.
