Baked honey and mustard chicken

Serves 4

8 chicken drumsticks

8-10 baby potatoes, halved

125 ml (½ c) honey and mustard salad dressing

15 ml (1 T) olive oil

salt and pepper

1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2 Arrange the drumsticks and potatoes in an oven dish and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

3 Drizzle the honey and mustard dressing and the olive oil over the chicken drumsticks and potatoes. Make sure each portion of chicken is well covered. Bake the chicken and potatoes in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until done.

4 Serve hot.
