Beef stroganoff

Cooking time: 40 min

Serves 4- 6

30 ml (2 T) olive oil

500 g beef

1 onion, chopped

250 ml (1 c) beef stock

250 g mushrooms, sliced

10 ml (2 t) black lemon pepper

500 ml fresh cream

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat until brown. Remove and set aside.

Add the onions to the same saucepan and sauté until golden brown.

Return the meat to the pan, add the stock and simmer on low heat until the beef is soft.

Add the mushrooms, lemon pepper and cream and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
