The latest on the Bill Cosby case and pictures you must see from the trial.

He was once one of the world's most beloved comedians.

But now he's facing more than 60 allegations of rape and the sexual assault.

A frail-looking Bill Cosby (79) appeared in court in Norristown, Pennsylvania this week on three charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault. The trial, which is on its fourth day, has opened up a can of worms that has been closed for over 25 years.

Yesterday, Canadian former basketball star Andrea Constand completed her second and final day in the stand, where she faced gruelling cross-examination, the NY Times reports.

It's the first time Andrea (44) has spoken publically about the night in 2004 when the man once known as America's Dad allegedly drugged her and fondled her while she was unconscious.

Dozens of women have accused the Cosby Show star of crimes like rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, child sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, but Andrea's case is the only one recent enough to prosecute.PHOTO:Magazine Features PHOTO:Magazine Features

Calmly, she described how the older man had given her two blue pills that left her paralysed on his couch and then penetrated her with his fingers.

Andrea's mother Gianna Constand broke down when she took the stand after her daughter.

"They were good friends. She viewed him like a father. He is 10 years older than even her own father," she testified.

Bill has denied all claims. If found guilty on all three counts, he could face between 15 and 30 years behind bars.
