Cabbage & pork stir-fry

This fast and easy pork stir fry with cabbage can be on the table in a matter of minutes.

  • 15 ml (1 T) oil
  • 400-500 g pork neck steaks or fillet, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • ½ cabbage, grated
  • 30 ml (2 T) soy sauce
  • 15 ml (1 T) brown sugar
  • 15 ml (1 T) apple or rice vinegar
  • 300 g spinach, shredded
  • 50 g peanuts
  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry in batches until nearly done.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except the spinach and peanuts.
  4. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the spinach and scatter the peanuts on top.

Serve with jasmine rice or egg noodles.
