500 g Enterprise Chicken Roll

50 ml oil

2 eggs, whisked

150 ml fresh breadcrumbs

12 mini bread rolls or pitas

2 tomatoes, sliced

lettuce

12 slices cheese

100 ml mayonnaise

Cut the Enterprise Chicken Roll into thick slices.

Dip them in the whisked egg, cover in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for a while.

Heat the oil and fry each slice until golden brown.

Place a slice of chicken roll in each bread roll.  Add slices of tomato, lettuce, cheese and mayonnaise.

Makes 12 small portions.
