Chicken pops

A juicy little snack that will take less than 15 minutes to make!

Serves: 6 Preparation: 5 min Cooking: 8 min

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml (¼ c) milk
  • 125 ml (½ c) flour
  • 500 ml (2 c) bread crumbs
  • 4 chicken breasts, cubed
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

1. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Place flour in a separate bowl and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

2. Coat chicken pieces in flour, beaten egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Deep-fry each coated chicken piece for 3 minutes or until golden.
