Chicken with a twist

Serves 6

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 15 min 

250 g pasta shells

15 ml (1 T) cooking oil

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 chilli, chopped (remove seeds for a milder heat)

1 large baby marrow, thinly sliced

300 g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips

salt and freshly ground black pepper

100 ml Mayo dressing

100 ml mayonnaise

50 ml cream

1         Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions until just done and drain.

2         Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and chilli briefly.

3         Add the baby marrow and fry for 2 minutes then add the chicken strips and stir-fry until the chicken is slightly browned.

4         Stir in the cooked pasta, remove from the heat and immediately stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
