Creamy and cheesy scrambled eggs

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Serves: 4

8 eggs

5 ml (1 t) chives, finely chopped

60 ml (¼ c) cream

salt and pepper, to taste

15 ml (1 T) butter

50 g mushrooms, sliced

45 ml (3 T) Camembert cheese

8 slices bread

  1. Whisk the eggs, add the chives and cream and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once foaming, fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then pour in the eggs. Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to stir occasionally for 3 minutes or until almost set.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Camembert and serve the eggs with the bread.
