Crumbed chicken breasts

Serves 6.

6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned

salt and freshly ground black pepper

30 ml oil

250 ml fresh breadcrumbs

100 g feta cheese, crumbed

30 ml finely chopped parsley

1 egg, whisked

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them in the heated oil.

Transfer the chicken to a greased baking sheet.

Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon on top of the chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.

Serve with a salad.
