A few changes at breakfast will make for lower kilojoule breakfasts

• Swap from full cream or low fat to 1 per cent fat or skimmed milk with your cereal.

• Swap a sugary cereal for a wholegrain without sugar – check those labels!

• Instead of a sprinkle of sugar on your cereal, top it with sweet fresh or dried fruit.
