Grilled calamari with grape salad

The taste of summer - bring it on!

Serves 4

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 2 min

3 spring onions

1 fennel bulb

80 ml (? c) Greek yoghurt

80 g butter lettuce

1 apple, cut into wedges

1 bunch green grapes

2 avocados, cut into wedges

100 g basil pesto

200 g calamari tubes with tentacles

30 ml (2 T) oil

juice of 1 lime

1    Thinly chop the onions and fennel and mix with the yoghurt.

2    Arrange the lettuce on plates and top with the apple, grapes, avocados and fennel mixture.

3    Spoon the pesto into the calamari tubes and close with a toothpick.

4    Rub the calamari with the oil and lime juice. Flash-fry in a hot pan for 2 minutes and serve on the salad.
