He and his TV family were once the image of wholesomeness and good, conservative American values, but actor Stephen Collins’ public image has taken a great knock since his days as the patriarch preacher in 7th Heaven.

Since the end of last year, when the content of therapy sessions between him and his ex wife was leaked to the media, the public has seen another side of the respected actor – an adult who sexually molested underage girls.

The fuss over this revelation hasn’t died down and one of Stephen’s alleged victims, April Price, recently told her story exclusively to the Daily Mail Online. She was 13 and he 35 when he allegedly exposed himself to her on three occasions.

'He was completely naked. He had no clothes on whatsoever'

“I was visiting my aunt. She was an executive producer in Los Angeles. She lived in a walled-in, gated community of apartment complexes and her apartment was next door to Mr Collins,” the 44-year-old wife and mother, of Oklahoma in America, said.

“One day I was in kitchen cooking breakfast and I look up and I see Mr Collins walking through the courtyard, right in front of my aunt's big bay window. He was completely naked. He had no clothes on whatsoever.”

April initially thought it was just weird behaviour but when he came out of the bedroom naked after inviting her to look at memorabilia of a TV series at his house she was speechless.

“It was really sad because at 13, we're taught to be respectful. We're taught to be honest and kind. I don't want to appear rude. I don't want to say, 'Oh my god, get your clothes on!’”
