Great as a healthy alternative for dipping and spreading!

(Makes about 1 cup)

You'll need:

220 ml yoghurt; plain and low fat

20 ml white vinegar

1 tsp. mustard

Pinch of salt

Thoroughly mix the ingredients together in a bowl and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

*Tip: For a more tangy flavour, add some more mustard; for a less tangy flavour, use less vinegar. A sauce should be a tasty accompaniment to your meal, so cook using flavoursome ingredients and use the sauce to complement the flavour or to add some moisture.
