A cellphone analyst testified that Reeva Steenkamp told Oscar Pistorius she was scared of him sometimes, the High Court in Pretoria heard on Monday.

A cellphone analyst testified that Reeva Steenkamp told Oscar Pistorius she was scared of him sometimes, the High Court in Pretoria heard on Monday. "I'm scared of you sometimes and how you snap at me and of how you will react to me. You make me happy ninety percent of the time and I think we are amazing together... but I am not some other bitch... trying to kill your vibe... "I'm the girl who fell in love with you but I'm also the girl who gets side-stepped when you are in a shit mood... I get snapped at and told my accent and voices are annoying," wrote Steenkamp in a cellphone message.

'I do everything to make you happy and you do everything to throw tantrums'

The message began: "You have picked on me excessively... I do everything to make you happy and you do everything to throw tantrums... "

The messages were read by cellphone analyst Captain Francois Moller during questioning by prosecutor Gerrie Nel.

He was reading a WhatsApp message Steenkamp sent to Pistorius on January 27, 2013. He killed her on February 14 that year.

In a message Steenkamp said he criticised her for her chewing gum, the accents she spoke in, and when she touched his neck, he snapped at her.

On February 8 she said: "I can't be attacked by outsiders for dating you, and attacked by you."

In a message on January 19, 2013, Pistorius wrote to Steenkamp: "I know it was... when you got back from Tropica, you made it sound like you only smoked weed once."

Steenkamp had been away filming a reality TV series called Tropica Island of Treasure.

Captain Möller began testifying today about data he had downloaded from two Blackberries and two iPhones.

One of the phones belonged to Reeva, while the others were Oscar's.

From Reeva's phone alone,  Möller would have needed 2 688 pages to print all the information on the device. To print all the information which would have required more than 35 000 pages.

From the two Whatsapp conversations Möller read out in court, it's clear all was not well between Reeva and Oscar.

In the messages, Reeva writes long paragraphs when she's upset, and says how Oscar has behaved badly towards her. In one conversation, Oscar asks Reeva to let him know when he can phone her, and in another he apologises for his behaviour and says he wants to sort things out between them.

Some of the things Reeva wrote in her messages are:

"I'm sorry if I upset you, that is not what I meant to do"

"I am not a stripper or a HO. I've never been innocent and I had fun, but it was innocent without any negative after effects"

"I never flirted and it makes me sick that's what you're suggesting"

"I am the girl who fell in love with you"

"You f...ked up the day for me"

"I just want love and to be loved and want to be happy and make someone happy. Perhaps we don't do it for each other"

"I do not feel like a lady after the way you treated me, when you criticised me so loud others could hear"

"I can't be attacked from outside because I'm going out with you and then still be attacked by you"

Möller will continue testifying tomorrow.

Pistorius has pleaded not guilty to a charge of murdering Steenkamp, saying that when he fired through a bathroom door he thought there was an intruder in there.

He then realised he had shot Steenkamp, who died at his home in Silver Woods estate in Pretoria.
