Kanye goes rogue on Twitter, Amber Rose shuts him down with one horrifying hashtag

For those who are now totally confused by the Kanye-Kardashian soap opera, we break it down, tweet by tweet.

The Twitterverse was in an uproar yesterday when Kanye West launched one of the most bizarre tirades the social network has ever seen.

The target of his rant? Wiz Khalifa. For those who are now totally confused by the Kanye-Kardashian soap opera, Wiz Khalifa (also a rapper) is the ex-husband of Amber Rose (a former stripper, now a model), who is also Kanye's ex. Here's what happened: Late Tuesday night, rapper Wiz Khalifa fired off the following tweet, in response to Kanye changing the name of his next album from Swish to Waves. Wiz claims the name has already been used by Harlem rapper Max B (who's currently in prison, but we digress...) Naturally, Wiz took to Twitter to voice his concern.

It seemed he'd made his point. Kanye seemed to acknowledge to coincidence in this tweet:
But on Wednesday morning, Wiz fired off another tweet, which frankly, we don't entirely understand, but we suspect may have something to do with Kim...

Apparently Kanye did too. And he went berserk.

Mr Kim Kardashian flew into a Twitter rage like the world has never before seen, firing shots at everything from style ("I screen grabbed those pants and sent it to my style team"), to his son with Amber Rose, Sebastian ("I know you mad every time you look at your child that this girl got you for 18 years.")

When Amber Rose got wind of the drama going down on Twitter between her ex-beaus, naturally, she had to step in. For sensitive readers, we've censored her tweet, but you can see the original here. Frankly, Amber, this was an overshare. amber After the furore died down, Kanye seemed to realise the error of his ways, and apologised to Wiz (sort of)

Because, as it turns out, Khalifa Kush (KK) is the name of Wiz’s own strain of dagga. Who knew? But Kanye couldn't resist one last dig...
