"I was blindfolded, cuffed and transported to a remote area... I was made to kneel, tortured through electrocution and the cuffs on my hands were tightened, causing my hands to bruise."

Krejcir further alleged that a plastic bag was placed on his head and he was driven around Johannesburg and Sandton for about 90 minutes – he was only detained in a police cell six hours after his arrest, he said.  Krejcir reportedly laid charges of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm and attempted murder against the police.

Krejcir faces charges of attempted murder and kidnapping – he will hear his fate on whether he will be granted  bail by the Palm Ridge Regional Court in Alberton. Meanwhile, security is tight at the court with the SA Police Service, Ekurhuleni metro police and private security guards searching cars going into the court yard.

Krejcir is appearing alongside Desai Lupondo, and two Hawks members Samuel Modise Maropeng and George Jeff Nthoroane whom he has implicated.
