Mango and asparagus wraps

Be a trend-setter with these lovely wraps!

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Serves: 4

4 tortilla wraps

5 ml (1 t) oil

12 asparagus spears

60 ml (¼ c) salmon-flavoured cream cheese

250 ml (1 c) small prawns, cooked

2 mangoes, sliced

60 ml (¼ c) parsley

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and toast the wraps on both sides for a few seconds. In the same pan add oil and cook the asparagus until browned and soft.
  2. Spread cream cheese onto the wraps. Scatter the prawns, mango, asparagus and parsley onto one half of the wrap.
  3. Roll up and serve.
