What is the best meat to use for a braai?

I would go with beef. A Nice sirloin on the grill.

How often do you eat out?

About three times a week

What is your favourite dish to prepare at home?

A chicken and mushroom pasta dish with a twist. I use fontina and blue cheese to create the sauce. And I sprinkle some more over the pasta. I like using Tagliatelle for this dish.

Are you picky about Food? What would you never eat?

I’m not picky. But I don’t particularly like goats’ meat. Otherwise I eat everything.

Definitely lamb. It is fatty so that it gets nice and crispy with a smokey flavour when you put it on the coals.

How often do you eat out?

Twice a week.

What is your favourite dish to prepare at home?

Roast chicken with cauliflower and cheese sauce.

Are you picky about food? What would you never eat?

There isn’t really anything I won’t eat. But I’m not a fan of tripe and eggs.
