Microwave yoghurt tart

Makes a large tart

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Baking time: 5 minutes

CRUST

1 packet (200 g) Tennis biscuits, crushed

45 ml (3 T) butter, melted

FILLING

500 ml (2 c) fruit yoghurt

1 can (387 g) condensed milk

berries for decoration

Mix the crust ingredients together and press into a tart dish.

Mix the filling ingredients together and spoon into the crust.

Microwave for 5 minutes at 100 per cent power.

Allow to cool and refrigerate.

Decorate with berries of your choice
