Mila's using yoga to get body back

Mila Kunis has used “45-minute power walks” to get her body back after giving birth, according to reports.

The Jupiter Ascending actress welcomed her first child, daughter Wyatt in October last year with fiancé Ashton Kutcher. And less than four months later, the 31-year-old already seems to have regained her petite frame.

'She’ll practice 30 minutes to an hour every morning while Wyatt is napping'

“Mila hasn’t hired a nanny, so she doesn’t have a lot of time to herself,” a source told the US edition of OK! Magazine. “She’s a huge fan of yoga and even though she can’t get to the studio right now, she’ll practice 30 minutes to an hour every morning while Wyatt is napping. Carrying Wyatt is enough to sculpt her arms [and she is] pushing herself by gradually upping the gradients during her 45-minute power walks.”

The star was reportedly 112 pounds before she got pregnant and only gained 25 pounds after continuing to attend low impact exercise classes such as spinning and prenatal yoga.

She also made sure not to put too much pressure on herself about what she ate.

“Mila looked after herself but she didn’t count calories or stress over weight gain,” the insider continued. “She allowed herself to indulge in Mexican food, burgers, or any other cravings when she had them.”

But the new mom has reportedly now cut back on the carbs and instead eats fresh fish, chicken and lots of vegetables.

Ashton, 36, has been fully supportive of Mila’s efforts and has even got her a treadmill for their home for when she has time to exercise.

“Ashton is in awe of how she’s handling motherhood and managing to look this good, so he makes sure she knows it,” the insider said. “His support has been a real boost for Mila.”
