Mince with spinach feta

Elzanne Bensley of Kuils River has shared her yummy mince, spinach and pap recipe with us

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 10 min

Serves 4-6

15 ml (1 T) olive oil

2 onions, chopped

500 g mince

250 g feta

400 g baby spinach

250 ml (1c) cream

1 Heat the oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.

2 Add the mince, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the mince is cooked and brown.

3 Reduce the heat and add the spinach, feta and the cream. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

4 Serve with pap.
