It's hard to believe svelte Lindsey used to weigh 128 kg!

An obese pasta lover who feared she was too heavy for furniture has lost an incredible 57 kg thanks to two-hour a day Instagram addiction.

Lindsey Awad (25) from Fort Winter Haven in Florida in the US would trawl through weight-loss pictures on the social sharing site to inspire herself when she weighed 128 kg.
