PE dad on trial for allegedly taking nude photos of twin daughters

The 44-year-old father from Lorraine in Port Elizabeth has been charged with taking nude photos of his twin daughters and posting them online.

A father (44) from Lorraine, in Port Elizabeth, who has been charged with taking nude photos of his twin daughters and posting them online, appeared in court again on Tuesday.

He allegedly took erotic photos of the girls, who were eight years old, and shared them online. His wife supported him when he appeared briefly in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, Herald Live reported. The case was postponed.

The man, who was arrested in November last year and charged with making, possessing and distributing child pornography, is out on bail of R10 000. He hasn’t pleaded yet.

He allegedly had pornographic material of babies and children on his laptop, Algoa FM reported.

The case was postponed until 9 March to allow the investigation to be completed.
