Quick pasta

Serves 4

Preparation time: about 5 min

Cooking time: about 20 min

500 g spaghetti

salt

100-150 g salami, chopped

1 container (250 g) mascarpone

6 spring onions, roughly chopped

100 ml basil pesto

handful of basil

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and return it to the saucepan.

2. Add the remaining ingredients except the basil and toss until mixed and everything is warmed through.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve the pasta into bowls and garnish with basil.
