Runny chocolate pudding

Get messy with the indulgent chocolate pud

Makes 6 puddings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 12-15 minutes

butter and cocoa for the ramekins

125 g dark chocolate, broken into squares

125 g butter

90 g cake flour

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

65 g caster sugar

berries for serving

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Grease 6 ramekins or oven-proof bowls with butter and dust with cocoa.

Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave oven or over boiling water.

Beat the eggs, egg yolks and caster sugar together for 5-7 minutes until light.

Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and sift the flour over the mixture. Fold in.

Pour into the prepared bowls and bake for 12-15 minutes until the outsides of the puddings are firm but the insides are still slightly runny.

Loosen the pudding sides slightly with a knife and turn out carefully on plates or a serving platter.

Serve with berries.
