Irresistable chicken - guess this will be on the menu tonight?

Serves 6

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 40 min

10 ml (2 t) paprika

4 thyme sprigs

salt and pepper

30 ml (2 T) oil

1 kg chicken pieces

4 potatoes, cut into wedges

1 Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

2 Combine the paprika, thyme leaves, salt, pepper and oil. Brush some of the mixture over the chicken pieces. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

3 Meanwhile toss the potatoes in the remaining paprika mixture. Transfer to a roasting pan. Add to the chicken after 10 minutes to roast for the final 20 minutes with the chicken.

4 Serve the chicken with the potato wedges.
