Sticky chicken wings

125 ml soy sauce

45 ml honey

2 cloves garlic, crushed

60 ml sweet chili sauce

80 ml lemon juice

30 ml chopped fresh coriander

12-16 chicken wings

chopped fresh parsley

Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, lemon juice and coriander in a large pan.

Put the chicken wings in the mixture and bring to the boil over moderate heat.

Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the chicken wings are done and the sauce is caramelised.

Turn the wings once or twice during the cooking time.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with roast potato wedges.
