Sylvester Stallone believes women can’t be beaten in an argument. The actor might be a tough hero on screen, but at home it’s his wife Jennifer Flavin and their daughters Sophia, Sistene and Scarlet who make the rules. He’s long accepted that he should back down in any discussion with the women of the house.

'You can never beat her in a discussion, because she’ll bury you with her logic'

“There’s this big falcon near our house. Every time he gets near a crow’s nest, around 100 of the birds attack him, screaming, and he flies off. Because the crows win every time. That’s how I feel,” he deadpanned to morgenpost.de.

“When a man wants to achieve something, he fights for it with pure determination. A woman uses her logic. You can never beat her in a discussion, because she’ll bury you with her logic. And her energy – I feel like women never run out of energy.”

And Sylvester (68) certainly has experience with the opposite sex. He’s been married twice before – once to Sasha Czack and after to Brigitte Nielsen.

While his life might not always be easy, the Rocky star wouldn’t swap it for a meek and mild other half.

“It took a while for me to get used to relinquishing control,” he admitted. “But it does have its pros. You can just sit under a tree and let your wife do all the work.

“Of course she’ll complain and say, ‘You never do anything!’ And I’ll say, ‘You wouldn’t have it any other way. You’re the one who wants to take the girls to school.’ ‘You’re crazy,’ she’ll say. My answer: ‘You’re a control freak, you won’t let me do anything because you want to do it.’

“That’s the perfect situation. Of course she’s mad at me, but at least I don’t have to do any work.”
