Jim Parrack's sweet small-town character on True Blood might not be a vamp, but the actor himself seems to think he is. Jim, who plays lovable Hoyt Fortenberry on the hit HBO series, told Vulture that he likes to indulge in a little blood-sucking in real life! Jim says he likes to indulge in a bit o' blood every now and then, when the mood strikes him. What's the appeal? "I guess for the same reason some people want alcohol? Or for the same reason some people want, I don’t know … milk? Or Kool-Aid?

'It does something to you emotionally'

"I don’t mean copious amounts of blood. I’m not getting a glass of it or something. But if you drink it, it does something to you emotionally. It’s hard to describe. It’s kind of like you’re in the moment, and the impulse comes, and … I like it.

Luckily, the actor doesn't dart around poking his incisors into unsuspecting people's necks. He told the interviewer that his girlfriend is generally his, um, supplier. Right. Well, whatever floats your boat, Jim!
