  2. Organise to walk into school with a friend rather than alone.
  3. Take deep breaths - it sounds obvious but it will calm you down.
  4. Remember that people like people who aren’t perfect - it makes you seem more approachable.
  5. Never run away because it’s so much harder to come back!
