A dog is really man’s best friend.

Danielle Jacobs, who was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in 2013, has shared a video of her dog interrupting her violent meltdown.

The 24-year-old trained her Rottweiler Samson to stop her from self-harming. She uploaded the video onto YouTube to raise awareness about the condition.

'This is what having aspergers is like'

“This is what having aspergers is like,” wrote Danielle.

“This is what’s considered a meltdown…I trained him to alert to depressive episodes and self-harm not both but he alerted.”
