Australian mom Kim Tucci is pregnant with quintuplets and is documenting her incredible journey online. Kim (26), who already has two daughters, conceived the five babies naturally when she and her husband tried for a son. kim On her first visit to the doctor last year, he told her it was twins. "I WAS SO EXCITED!! TWINS!" Kim wrote. "I was excited at the possibility of twins but absolutely nothing on this earth could have prepared me for what happened next." She asked if she could have a clearer view of the babies,  so her doctor used another sonogram machine -- and her world was turned upside-down when it revealed five separate heart beats -- four girls and one boy. At 11 weeks, Kim was already bigger than some moms would be at full term. PHOTO: Facebook At 11 weeks, Kim was already bigger than some moms would be at full term. "I called my husband from the ultrasound room but I don't think he believed me at first. He quickly drove down. I could see the excitement in his face he told me 'We can do this'."

Since then, Kim, now 29 weeks pregnant has been documenting the ups and downs of her pregnancy on her blog, Surprised by Five and on Facebook.

"I'm finding it hard to eat as I basically have no room left in my stomach," Kim wrote earlier this month. "During a quintuplet pregnancy it's recommended that I be taking in 6000 calories a day! I'm struggling to eat and force feed myself leaving me with reflux for hours.

"I can't tolerate a lot of dairy and I can't keep protein drinks down, I'm starting to loose weight when I really need to be gaining it."

"I have made it to 27 weeks and I'm still at home and active!!" Kim captioned this photo she posted online two weeks ago. "Whoop Whoop! Carrying her babies has become extremely painful, but Kim feels guilty about taking anything to combat the pain, because she "can't bare the thought of any drugs passing through to my babies".

The young mom also wrote about how hard it is to sleep at night. "No amount of pillows are helping support my back and belly."

On top of all that, Kim has to get up to go to the toilet "a minimum of 12 times" a night!

Is it all worth it?

"Yes!!" Kim insists. "I will keep pushing through."
