About Me:

I left my job as coordinator of oceanographic research with the National Reseach Foundation many years ago. I had reached the limits of science more or less at the same time that I was reaching the limits of religion. Yet deep within myself I realised that there is another way. It is that which is within all of us. As member of the 'Build South Africa Foundation' for a few years, many years as wilderness trail guide and as playmate at a preschool in Pretoria I not only gained a deep insight into our human psyche, but also realised that all our pain and conflict is not necessary.My books, 'From Intellect to Intelligence: A Radical Natural Human Alternative' and 'The Power of Childhood: A Key to Life, Love and Forgiveness'. are available on Amazon.com and my website www.douwevanderzee.co.za.
