.Studied successfully at Jburg University for post graduate Advance Diploma in Labour Law.Worked for 47 years in Transnet/Trade Union environment.

Ex General Secretary of UTATU..."retired" end of June and relocated from Joburg to JBay.

Married to Stella Swiegelaar in 1968 and 4 children from the 43 year marriage were born.Michelle (Castelein),Mornay,Manne (Plaas) Wayne,(Plot) and 3 grandchildren Ray,Shani & Naythan.
