Fined for web-posting ex naked

Paris - An angry Frenchman who put a naked photograph of his former girlfriend and lewd comments on the internet was fined 50 000 francs (US$6 760) by a Paris court on Tuesday.
The court also imposed a two-month suspended sentence on
39-year-old Lionel Deschamps and said he would have to pay the
money to his former lover in compensation for the embarrassment
caused her.
He had been upset when the woman ended their relationship.
The photograph was accompanied by the woman's name and address, as well as comments indicating that she might be seeking a new boyfriend. - Sapa/DPA
