Dusseldorf, Germany - Ukraine boxing world champion Vitali Klitchko said on Wednesday he was on schedule to return into the ring this year and expressed his hope to win a title bout against Briton Lennox Lewis.
"I have overcome my injury problems and am getting ready for my next fight," said Vitali Klitchko ahead of his scheduled return on December 7.
However, he could not confirm that his opponent on the day would be Lewis, who recently beat ex-champion Mike Tyson.
"I would like to fight Lewis but no contracts have been signed," he said.
