Durban - France coach Bernard Laporte named three new caps for the first Test against South Africa in Durban.
Lock Romain Millo-Chluski and his Toulouse team-mate centre Florian Fritz along with Narbonne winger Julien Candelon will win their first caps against last year's Tri-Nations champions on Saturday.
Fritz will form an all Toulouse centre paring with Yannick Jauzion while another of their club-mates Jean-Baptiste Ellisalde will captain the side at scrumhalf.
The squad skipper Dimitri Yachvili is being rested after a bruising encounter between his side Biarritz and Stade Francais in last Saturday's French championship final.
The match also sees a return to the international fold of veteran flanker Olivier Magne, who played the last of his 80 tests in the humiliating 45-6 defeat by New Zealand in Paris last November.
The London Irish bound star was ruled out of the Six Nations because of a foot injury.
