Wellington - The Wallabies could not sell out in Christchurch, but the Springboks have gone one better for their Tri-Nations visit to Wellington next weekend.
According to Keo.co.za 1 000 tickets are available for the Test and these are expected to be sold during the week.
Roughly 12 000 public tickets went on sale three weeks ago and they were quickly snapped up.
In the Tri-Nations opener in Christchurch between New Zealand and Australia - won 32-12 by the All Blacks - 2 300 tickets were unsold.
Then again, the Super 14 final between the Crusaders and Hurricanes was also not a sell-out, which appears to indicate that the support base in Christchurch is not swayed by the quality of the opposition.
